Lead-free flux 811B5 Introduction

This 811B5 lead-free flux developed by Unibright is a low solid flux that does not contain rosin or synthetic resin. The solder points are bright and full, and this product has less residue after welding. It dries quickly and has shallow fixture marks. Hand brushing can easily remove fixture and chain claw marks. Lead-free flux 811B5 Application

➤ The density and uniformity of the flux coating have a critical impact on the successful application of washable flux. The spray method can best exert the effect of free cleaning flux.

➤ Use compressed air spray that is degreased, dewatered and cooled. The operating state should cover the flux tank tightly to avoid flux evaporation as much as possible to maintain the flux concentration unchanged. When it is found that the flux has become turbid or there are suspended substances in the liquid, the flux in the groove should be promptly removed and replaced.

➤ When using peak equipment, it is recommended to preheat at a temperature of 80 ℃ -110 ℃ to facilitate the pre activation of the flux and improve the soldering effect.

➤ During spray operation, pay attention to the adjustment of the nozzle, and make sure that the flux is evenly distributed on the PCB surface.
