➤ The density and uniformity of the flux coating have a critical impact on its successful application.

➤ During soldering operations, due to the characteristics of soldering flux, the concentration of flux will naturally evaporate and the specific gravity will increase in an open container. During use, appropriate addition of Heming 2010 diluent is required to control the specific gravity, and its concentration is maintained within the range of 0.81-0.83g/cm3. This reduces the residue on the solder joint while ensuring the welding effect.

➤ During non operating conditions, it is recommended to avoid contact between the flux and air as much as possible to shorten the service life of the flux. When suspended solids are found in the flux liquid, the flux inside the container should be promptly removed and replaced.
