UR3000 is an environmentally friendly water-based soldering flux that uses deionized water as the main solvent and does not contain halogens, rosin, or resins. The coating is bright and flat, greatly reducing pinhole phenomena. There is very little residue after welding, and it has high surface insulation impedance (S.I.R) and other characteristics. After tin plating, the product can pass strict environmental testing.
