W4000A Application

W4000A is a water-based cleaning agent developed for the cleaning and maintenance of various workpieces. It is mainly used to clean the baked flux on cyclones, welding fixtures, and condenser tubes. It has excellent solubility for various types of flux and solder paste residues.

 Ultrasonic cleaning process:

In the ultrasonic cleaning process, the parts to be cleaned are immersed in the cleaning tank, and the cavitation, acceleration, and direct inflow effects of ultrasound in the cleaning agent are combined with the super solubility of the cleaning agent to dissolve, disperse, emulsify, or peel off the dirt layer to achieve the cleaning purpose.
